It is both my mission and my pleasure to create beautifully unique spaces that bring happiness and a sense of pride, as well as comfort and functionality to my clients.

In 2007, after wrapping up an exciting career on Wall Street, I was thrilled to become a mom, which opened my eyes to many things - one of which being the importance of truly loving and feeling comfortable in one's surroundings. Spending more time at home than I'd ever had, I realized how influential the colors, lighting, style of the furniture and decor, as well as the layout of our living spaces really are on our overall mindsets. Interior design has always been intriguing to me, so I used all the information that I had gathered over the years of poring over decorating magazines, blogs, and websites, and I began to passionately transform our home to reflect both beauty and comfort. The satisfaction and pride that I experienced was wonderful!

After seeing my home's transformation, family and friends came to me with their decorating desires and I began sourcing art, furniture, lighting, rugs, pillows, paint colors, etc. for them. Not only did I absolutely love the creative aspect and the challenge of the design process, but I relished the feeling of providing others with that same happiness and pride in their homes that I had experienced. Soon after, I began decorating for a friend's local design firm. Now, here I am today, pursuing this true passion of mine through Jennifer Haviland Interiors.
